UI/UX Design is the process of improving the user-experience (UX) of a product, application or service.

The UX Designer researches user behaviour, and their interaction with a product or application or service.

The UX Designer is responsible for understanding user behavior and needs, and converting those insights into user-experiences (UX).

The UX Designer translates those user-experiences into visuals: with illustrations, icons, navigational designs, color palettes, typography, etc.

Job Brief:

We’re looking for a UI-UX Designer to come on board and help us take our product to the next level. You will be working closely with our product and engineering teams to design and implement user-facing features that will improve the overall user experience of our product. UI UX Designer Duties:

  • Develop and test new ideas for user interfaces
  • Create wireframes and prototypes of user interfaces
  • Provide feedback to software engineers and other designers
  • Establish clear goals and priorities
  • Continuously evaluate usability
  • Identify, document, and solve usability problems
  • Conduct usability testing
  • Establish and document software requirements
  • Troubleshoot defects
  • Promote user satisfaction

UI UX Designer Responsibilities:

  • Develop visual concepts, prototypes, and layouts for web, mobile, and online application user interfaces, using graphic design software, and develop visual design concepts for graphics, user interfaces, and user experience
  • Translate high-level functional requirements into detailed designs
  • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and other team members to release high-quality, bug-free, and visually compelling products
  • Work with designers, product owners, and product managers to deliver products on time

Requirements And Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in UX or UI design
  • Proficiency in basic graphic design skills
  • Experience creating wireframes and storyboards
  • Experience designing for multiple devices
  • Experience with responsive design
