Job Brief:

We’re looking for an experienced UX Designer to help us create amazing user experiences for our customers. You will be working closely with our product and engineering teams to design and implement user-friendly solutions that solve our customers’ needs. UX Designer Duties:

  • Design, develop, and maintain web sites and applications
  • Analyze user needs, research and analyze user involvement, and propose designs to improve user experience and satisfaction

UX Designer Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test user interfaces, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms
  • Translate user needs into functional and graphical requirements
  • Measure the effectiveness of the product against adopted standards
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to ensure users needs are met
  • Develop wireframes and prototypes, and create design comps using tools like Visio and Axure
  • Create visual designs based on brand guidelines, and promote brand consistency across all digital assets
  • Develop visual design standards, style guides, and process guidelines for future products, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure design decisions are consistent with company goals
  • Supervise the process for user research and user testing, and coordinate implementation
  • Manage, train, and motivate front-end development, interaction design, and creative teams in completing projects
  • Produce and maintain documentation of design processes

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, information architecture, or related field
  • 2+ years proven experience in designing digital products
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passionate about crafting intuitive, usable experiences
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain style and brand guidelines
