We’re looking for a Validation Engineer to join our team! As a Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products through testing and validation. You will develop and execute test plans, create and maintain test cases, and troubleshoot and investigate issues. Validation Engineer Duties:

  • Review, analyze, and test software code
  • Analyze and test the effectiveness of software to ensure it meets the specifications
  • Proactively identify, mitigate, and track recurring issues
  • Identify, test, and correct errors and defects before software is released
  • Be an active team member, sharing ideas and suggestions
  • Develop estimates of software maintenance and upgrade costs
  • Work with other team members on applications development, coding, and documentation
  • Be responsible for identifying and delivering solutions to technical issues that arise on the job

Validation Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with vendors and manufacturing partners to assure quality and validity of system development and validation activities
  • Conduct process design, data review, testing, and troubleshooting activities to ensure product/process reliability, usability, and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain data on vendor and manufacturing processes
  • Establish and document workflow processes, define system requirements, and conduct system security activities
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and production support activities to ensure system implementation is successful

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in chemistry, physics, or engineering (or related field)
  • 3+ years’ relevant industry experience
  • Strong knowledge of analytical methodology and instrumentation
  • Strong knowledge of chemical process safety, validation, and quality assurance
