Job Brief:

We're looking for a Virtual Recruiter to help us connect with talented individuals from all over the world. As a Virtual Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews with candidates. If you're passionate about connecting people with jobs they love, then we want to hear from you!

Virtual Recruiter Duties:

  • Research, evaluate, source, screen, and interview candidates
  • Receive job orders from customers
  • Provide customer service to candidates and customers
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates/customers
  • Keep abreast of hiring-related trends and enhancements
  • Develop positive team environment

Virtual Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Research and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist with hiring
  • Perform all administrative duties related to applicant tracking and documentation
  • Maintain candidate database and update internal recruiting tools
  • Perform technical screening and prescreening
  • Perform data entry and administrative tasks related to hiring
  • Work closely with HR and Operations to provide top-quality service
