We’re looking for Warehouse Operations Assistants who are detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience and be able to lift heavy objects.

Warehouse Operations Assistant Duties:

  • Perform a variety of administrative duties, including thoroughly organizing and filing paperwork, ensuring office equipment remains functional, updating and maintaining calendars, and answering phones
  • Support the warehouse team by sorting incoming shipments, assisting with material stocking, and fulfilling orders
  • Monitor warehouse space utilization, and implement action plans to reduce waste
  • Provide administrative support for warehouse team
