Job Brief:

We're looking for a Warranty Clerk to join our team! As a Warranty Clerk, you will be responsible for processing warranty claims and keeping track of customer service records. If you have excellent customer service skills and are detail-oriented, we want you!

Warranty Clerk Duties:

  • Assist in processing a service call
  • Plan, schedule, coordinate, and conduct in-house trainings on warranty procedures for employees
  • Review warranty plans, specifications, and contracts
  • Search for and process warranty claims
  • Communicate with other departments when processing warranty claims

Warranty Clerk Responsibilities:

  • Handle warranty claims and support to dealers and customers
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and warranty repair order requests
  • Handle all warranty claim inquiries and track warranty status
  • Perform warranty claim research, document data, and compile materials into reports
  • Coordinate with quality assurance to ensure warranty claims are processed on time
  • Assist with warranty distributor and dealer relationship management
