Job Brief:

We’re looking for an experienced Windows Administrator to manage and maintain our Windows server systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows server administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and Exchange Server.

Windows Administrator Duties:

  • Collaborate with Windows engineer and branch technology manager to develop, update, and upgrade the Windows system
  • Assist with problem resolution for Windows systems
  • Perform backup and recovery of Windows systems
  • Maintain security for sensitive data in Active Directory
  • Implement Active Directory changes
  • Implement Windows system updates
  • Maintain network security
  • Create and maintain Windows system documentation
  • Other duties as assigned

Windows Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support all Windows desktop and server operating systems and applications (including Exchange, SharePoint, Lync, and Active Directory)
  • Manage company’s backup and restore solutions

  • Conduct application deployments, upgrades, and migrations

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science
  • 2+ years experience building, deploying, and maintaining Windows-based systems
  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP protocol suite, IP addressing, OSI model, and Ethernet cabling
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory
