We’re looking for Construction Workers to help us build a new office complex. We need people who are experienced in all aspects of construction, from laying the foundations to putting up the walls and roof. If you have the skills and experience we’re looking for, then we’d love to hear from you.

Construction Worker Duties:

• Maintain contact with customers and explore the possibility of future business.
• Build architectural models, sketches, and computations.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

Construction Worker Responsibilities:

• Perform duties related to the construction, repair, and maintenance of structures, such as building foundations, framing, roofing, plumbing, flooring, drywall, and masonry.
• Perform duties related to the installation, maintenance, or repair of electrical or plumbing fixtures, such as wiring, plumbing, or air conditioning.
• Perform duties related to the installation, maintenance, or repair of heating, ventilation, or air conditioning equipment.
• Be able to lift, carry, install, and remove 50 pounds.
• Perform duties related to painting, coloring, cleaning, or remodeling of structures.
• Perform duties related to the design, installation, or maintenance of security systems, such as alarms and cameras.
• Perform duties related to the installation, maintenance, or repair of telecommunications systems, such as wiring and switches.
• Perform duties related to fire protection systems, such as installing sprinklers and alarms.

Requirements And Skills:

• Experience in on-site construction, carpentry, or industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and other construction documents.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines.
