Job Brief:
We’re looking for Line Workers to join our team at the factory. You will be responsible for operating machines to assemble products on the production line. Line Worker Duties:
- Perform all tasks necessary for the smooth and efficient operation of a construction-related job
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Leverage personal skills and knowledge to evaluate complicated work and problem solving situations
- Assist in ensuring all tasks are performed within an acceptable time frame
- Contribute to team cohesiveness
- Understand and follow all safety guidelines

Line Worker Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of tasks on building sites, including, but not limited to, operating machinery, operating power tools, and using hand tools
- Perform all tasks in accordance with the safety regulations and company policies and procedures
- Follow all instructions as given by the supervisor
- Complete all required paperwork and reports
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work 40 hours per week, 7 days per week, including some evenings and weekends
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/job related experience required
Requirements And Skills:
- High school diploma or GED
- Subway, light rail, or bus experience preferred
- Ability to navigate automated fare collection system
- Ability to operate equipment and tools
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Must pass the pre-employment drug test and background check
