Job Brief

We’re looking for a Contract Manager to manage our contract portfolio and ensure compliance with our contractual obligations. The Contract Manager will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and reviewing contracts with our customers and vendors.

Contract Manager Duties

  • Insure that contracts are completed on time, within budget, and as expected
  • Develop and implement new processes to efficiently manage project
  • Monitor and record project activities
  • Provide guidance to team members
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors
  • Coordinate all project requirements such as scheduling, budgeting, and payment schedules

Contract Manager Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple complex contracts to ensure delivery of services within budget and on time.
  • Manage labor, material, and equipment activities to ensure work is accomplished according to contract specifications.
  • Promote effective communication between employees and upper management.
  • Document project progress, and negotiate and resolve disputes with the contractor.
  • Maintain accurate records of labor and material costs, as well as subcontractor and supplier invoices and payments.
  • Ensure timely payment of subcontractors and suppliers.

Requirements And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in contract management, mainly with construction projects.
  • Knowledge of construction contracts and negotiation practices.
  • Highly fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
