Job Brief:

We’re looking for an Engagement Manager who can help us create and execute a plan to increase engagement across all of our channels. This person will be responsible for working with our team to develop strategies that will increase engagement, overseeing the implementation of those strategies, and measuring the results to ensure that we are meeting our goals. Engagement Manager Duties:

  • Coordinate and manage all phases of client’s engagement, from planning through execution
  • Develop a strategic roadmap for clients’ projects by evaluating business needs and identifying approaches, solutions, and opportunities
  • Establish project timelines with key stakeholders
  • Promote client service and satisfaction by exceeding client expectations
  • Promote a positive client experience by consistently delivering results
  • Create and maintain client relationship reports to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to help clients exceed their objectives

Engagement Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client engagements in the development, execution, and closing of sales
  • Communicate project status all team members, consultants, and leaders
  • Develop and oversee all project plans, schedules, budgets, and forecasts
  • Prepare and present regular progress, budget, and forecasts to upper management
  • Manage client expectations and satisfaction throughout sales process
  • Deliver all project inputs to estimating, engineering, and construction departments
  • Oversee and direct all bid analysis including analysis of bids, proposals, and RFI/RFQ responses
  • Manage all subcontractor relationships including selections, interviews, and award of contracts
  • Conducts all technical interviews, prepares offer, and distributes to project teams for review
  • Oversee scheduling, contract negotiations, and project closeout
  • Review and approve all submittals

Requirements And Skills:

  • 2+ years’ proven experience managing across complex portfolios with complex revenue recognition
  • Knowledge of industry standard revenue recognition and partnerships
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition in new markets is advantageous
  • Strong project management skills, written and verbal communication skills, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work
