Front of House Staff Duties:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and a warm welcoming environment at all times
  • Answer guests’ questions and addresses requests, concerns and complaints
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of public areas including restrooms, facilities, furniture, and decor
  • Perform nightly dish-washing and general cleaning
  • Supervise others and provide on-the-job training as necessary
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and food service equipment, facilities, and utensils
  • Establish and maintain appropriate frequencies of service
  • Establish efficient work schedules and manage work assignments
  • Attend to guests’ special needs

Front of House Staff Responsibilities:

  • Assist owners, guests, and visitors with reservations and special needs
  • Provide guests with concierge services, including setting up transportation, making restaurant reservations, scheduling tee times, and recreational activities
  • Provide housekeeping and maintenance services, including daily and nightly cleaning, changing bed linens, replenishing amenities, and performing minor maintenance
  • Fulfill other front desk responsibilities as needed

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of hospitality experience
  • Knowledge of and experience in customer service, food and beverage service, and hotel maintenance
  • Ability to present a professional image to customers and coworkers
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
