We’re looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standards. Construction Project Manager Duties

-Coordinate all aspects of construction and renovation projects, including site management, design and construction, and quality control
-Oversee all project staff, from architects to construction workers, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
-Oversee all quality assurance activities during construction to ensure work meets required standards
-Proactively identify, mitigate, and track recurring construction issues
-Maintain accurate budgets, timetables, and resources
-Meet regularly with stakeholders, including general contractors, subcontractors, and engineers, to keep project on track and ensure quality standards are met
-Manage the purchasing, inventory, and warehousing of construction materials
-Develop and maintain good working relationships with all construction staff
-Provide guidance and feedback to others to strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
-Work with accounting and management team to develop the financial reconciliation process

Construction Project Manager Responsibilities

-Work with architects, engineers, and other specialists, and hire full-time and part-time subcontractors and laborers, and coordinate their schedules
-Coordinate project schedules and deliverables, and assure they are completed on time
-Meet with contractors and vendors to resolve issues, and negotiate change orders
-Maintain and update SOW and preconstruction documents, and monitor contract obligations with a goal of building relationships with reliable contractors and vendors
-Lead preconstruction efforts including negotiations, value engineering, and scheduling
-Lead in-progress and punch walk-throughs, and act as the liaison between contractors and clients
-Document quality assurance and safety inspections throughout the construction process, assuring working environment is maintained at acceptable levels, and tools and equipment are in good working condition
-Maintain and update SOW and preconstruction documents, and monitor contract obligations with a goal of building relationships with reliable contractors and vendors

Requirment And Skills

-Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
3+ years experience in managing new construction and remodeling projects
-Knowledge of construction methods and technologies, and ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts
-Knowledge of building code requirements and scheduling methods
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a constant eye on
