Kindergarten Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Track student progress and ensure attendance and punctuality
  • Instruct students on classroom responsibilities
  • Conduct parent/teacher interviews and conferences
  • Decide on and implement disciplinary actions
  • Organize extracurricular activities
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood / K-5 education
  • 4+ years experience teaching in a Kindergarten / Prekindergarten classroom
  • Strong knowledge of child development, early childhood curriculum, and teaching methods
  • Experience with classroom management and discipline
  • Strong organizational skills
