We’re looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team! As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services. You will be working closely with our developers and customers to identify and resolve issues. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual, we want to hear from you!

Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer Duties:

  • Actively participate in all phases of engineering projects
  • Maintain continuous communication with engineering teams to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Conducts research, analysis, and product development
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Develops and improves methodologies for engineering tasks
  • Identifies and implements improvement opportunities
  • Advises engineers on technical issues
  • Participates in team meetings and other meetings related to QA programs

Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document problems encountered during production, including reviewing and approving production plans, schedule, and other documents
  • Report identified problems to production and operations, assuring follow-up action will be taken
  • Develop and test new tools and processes to decrease production delays and increase productivity
  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly metrics to track production progress
  • Drive process improvements by studying and recommending process changes
  • Oversee daily operation execution and document daily production reports
  • Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify problems and eliminate recurring issues
  • Identify and implement lean manufacturing techniques
  • Assist in design and development of new production processes
  • Provide technical leadership to other QA Engineers

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience designing, evaluating and recommending improvements to quality assurance, quality control, inspection, and testing procedures
  • Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations
  • Ability to troubleshoot and/or resolve problems
  • Ability to develop
