Brand Ambassador Duties:

  • Support team and company initiatives, generate interest, drive sales, and enhance brand image
  • Represent brand at tradeshows, events, and other organizations with active sales presence
  • Drive sales and product engagement telesales and inbound sales activities, including capturing leads and qualifying sales opportunities
  • Communicate with consumers, media, and influencers to educate about and promote the product line
  • Manage social media, including posts, video creation, and engagement with fans and followers
  • Research, monitor, and report on market, competitors, and industry trends
  • Develop and disseminate industry and company information, including market, competitor, and new product information, research, and reports
