Job Brief:

We’re looking for Head of Operations to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our company. The Head of Operations will be responsible for ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve our operational efficiency.

Head of Operations Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of all departments
  • Maintain effective organizational relationships
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with quality assurance

  • Perform any other tasks/duties requested by the Chief Executive Officer or the President

Head of Operations Responsibilities:

  • Conduct kickoff meetings, prepare and maintain project schedules, and manage project budgets
  • Ensure all project and company policies and procedures are followed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and property owners
  • Develop relationships with operating partners and tenants
  • Represent the company with tenants and property owners
  • Interview, hire, and train personnel
  • Oversee and approve all project and project-related expenses
  • Conduct follow up on all site-related issues that may impact tenants and property owners
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
  • Oversee, develop, and motivate employees

Requirements And Skills:

  • 2+ years’ proven experience in the operations management field
  • Strong leadership skills and vision
  • Excellent ability to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders
  • Well-organized, detail oriented, and able to meet deadlines
  • Above-average communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of shipping and logistics is essential to this position
