- Maintain homes in immaculate condition for current residents
- Clean, organize, and stock kitchens and bathrooms
- Provide upkeep and landscaping services as needed
- Delivering mail, newspapers, and packages to residents
- Assist with maintenance requests
- Assist in planning, preparing, and executing household activities, including laundry, light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and child care
- Maintain the home’s appearance and cleanliness, and help coordinate upkeep and maintenance of common areas
- Manage work projects and perform light maintenance tasks
- Assist with errands, shopping, and leisure activities, including travel
- Assist with buying and selling household goods and furnishings
- Plan and execute parties, events, and outings
- Manage personal finances and household budget
- Adhere to budgets, guidelines, and policies, and assist in maintaining home’s safety, security, and environment
- Assist with ordering and payment of utility bills
Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong working knowledge of accounting and tax requirements
- Ability to create and maintain financial statements
- Ability to analyze financial information and draw conclusions
- Ability to problem solve and create
