A master scheduler is responsible for coordinating and scheduling the moving and movement of people, equipment, and materials.

Job Brief:

We’re looking for a Master Scheduler who can help us keep track of our appointments and make sure that we’re always on time.

Master Scheduler Duties:

  • Manage all phases of work scheduling including preconstruction, estimating, coordinating, scheduling, and measuring
  • Create and maintain company projects, budgets, schedules, and schedules of construction activities
  • Research, evaluate and develop efficient scheduling methods
  • Manage, monitor and assist in evaluating work progress
  • Oversee and supervise the work of scheduling team members
  • Assist in hiring, training, evaluating, and discipline of the scheduling team
  • Monitor and direct all scheduling activities on site
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Conduct performance reviews of assigned scheduling staff
  • Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners
  • Oversee and supervise scheduling team
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Master Scheduler Responsibilities:

  • Develop master schedule from project schedules and build out plans, ensuring coordination among project participants and adherence to project goals

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, or related field
  • 3+ years experience in project management and scheduling
  • Prior experience in planning, managing, and scheduling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft
