  • Manage project lifecycle from creation through implementation.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to other team members on specific knowledge/skill areas.
  • Document and describe project requirements, specifications, and desired results.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage the implementation of improvement initiatives.
  • Develop processes and systems to streamline project delivery.

Product Owner Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, synthesize, and communicate business improvement opportunities, product performance, and customer requirements,
  • Focus on resolving complex, mission-critical issues,
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and requirements, create user stories, and prepare product backlog,
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop, test, and ship software.
  • Define acceptance criteria and interfaces, and document system specifications.
  • Develop, maintain, and evolve project management processes.
  • Drive development tasks through to project completion.
  • Provide actionable status reports and project budget estimates.

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
  • 2+ years’ proven product management experience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate product vision.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes.
