Job Brief:

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst who can help us improve our sales process and make it more efficient. You will be responsible for analyzing our sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and working with the sales team to implement changes that will increase our sales productivity. Sales Operations Analyst Duties:

  • Ensure all sales forecasts are met or exceeded by developing and executing sales strategies
  • Manage sales activities, including prospecting, sales calls, and closing sales
  • Arrange and manage transportation of products and merchandise
  • Maintain communication with customers, vendors, and employees
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Sales Operations Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Maintain awareness of sales pipeline, identify trends and opportunities, and collaborate with sales leaders on monthly sales pipeline
  • Develop detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts, including, but not limited to, sales forecasts, conversion rates, and forecasted revenue
  • Track and analysis of account health and sales effectiveness
  • Work closely with marketing and sales to align processes and lead forecasting
  • Identify and mitigate bottlenecks and data gaps to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Manage territory and team sales goals
  • Create weekly and monthly reports to ensure key metrics are tracked and accurate pipeline reporting
  • Analyze sales data for trends to determine sales effectiveness
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline and pipeline spreadsheets
  • Identify opportunities for improving sales efficiency
  • Maintain and update sales forecast spreadsheets
  • Document and report on sales performance metrics
  • Manage marketing collateral

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
  • 2+ years’ proven experience in sales operations or sales forecasting
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management
