  • Provide HR expertise to senior management for all employee relations matters, including performance management, recruitment/retention, and training/development
  • Manage HR programs, policies, and procedures, as well as compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Manage compensation and benefits, including compensation surveys, budget planning and tracking, and tax compliance
  • Create and administer on-boarding, off-boarding, sick/vacation, and termination processes
