Field Service Technician Duties:

  • Maintain a positive working relationship with clients, other technicians, and management.
  • Assist in the identification and resolution of problems and issues.
  • Prepare and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with the management staff.
  • Ensure proper installation, operation, and maintenance of all equipment.
  • Be willing to travel as needed.

  • Create, maintain, and update project plans, including structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical plans.
  • Perform field calculations, reports, and inspections.
  • Perform quality control checks.
  • Perform occasional administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years’ related experience.
  • Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Knowledge of HVAC control systems and components.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair common repairs and equipment malfunctions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
