Travel Agent Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, suppliers, and industry partners
- Identify and propose travel related products and services to clients
- Conduct product and market research

- Design itineraries based on customer needs, including air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, event tickets, and tour packages
- Contact travelers to confirm reservations and troubleshoot travel problems

- Provide information to customers regarding policies and procedures, itinerary, and status of travel requests

- Assist customers in preparing travel documents
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Provide support to other teams as needed
Requirements And Skills:

- 2+ years experience in travel industry
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Knowledge of airlines and flights
