Corporate Travel Manager Duties:

  • Manage and oversee all corporate travel
  • Coordinate trip management including flight reservations, ground transportation, hotel reservations, and meeting arrangements
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all travel paperwork
  • Manage corporate travel site
  • Develop and manage corporate travel database
  • Review, approve, or reject employee travel requests
  • Manage travel budget
  • Oversee travel expense reports
