We’re looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team and help us keep our facilities in top condition. The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the work of the maintenance staff, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired, and that all facilities are clean and safe. Maintenance Coordinator Duties:

  • Manage and maintain all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Maintain a database of equipment, supplies, and inventory
  • Uphold company standards by attending to repairs, remodeling, and preventive maintenance
  • Proactively seek out opportunities for improvement
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of all maintenance actions
  • Maintain effective working relationships with vendors, contractors, and staff

Maintenance Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Maintains and repairs electrical and mechanical systems, helps with emergency maintenance, meets maintenance goals, and schedules preventative maintenance
  • Carry out safety evaluations and root cause analyses
  • Perform work orders, perform scheduled maintenance, conduct tests, and oversee repair of equipment
  • Research and report serious problems to upper management

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years experience in facility maintenance management
  • Solid knowledge of building systems, energy conservation, and preventive maintenance
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate job requirements and goals to employees
  • Knowledge of safety equipment and procedures
  • Ability to read blueprints and other
