The Marketing Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the marketing department, including but not limited to campaign management, data analysis, and project management.   • Create and execute marketing programs, including brand communications, social media, and collateral

Marketing Operations Analyst Responsibilities:

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing operations, account management, direct and digital marketing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong quantitative skills (advanced Excel skills, etc.)
  • Experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans

Requirements And Skills:

  • Perform market research, competitive analysis, and industry studies
  • Coordinate with technology developers, data scientists, and analysts to develop, test, and iterate on marketing databases, tools, and applications
  • Manage the Property Portal, including setup, maintenance, and maintenance of Unit Availability Calendar and VIP Discount Tracking
  • Manage the e-mail marketing platform, including setup, maintenance, and analysis of campaign results
  • Write technical documentation for API integration and testing
  • Support team leaders and managers with campaign analytics
  • Setup, run, and analyze weekly and monthly reports for marketing efforts and campaigns
  • Assist with ad-hoc analysis projects
