Job Brief:

We’re looking for a Psychiatrist to come and work with us. We need someone who is experienced in working with mental health patients and can help us to provide the best possible care for our patients.

Psychiatrist Duties:

  • Diagnose, treat, and prescribe medications for patients based on psychological, social, and biological factors
  • Schedule patients for appointments and discharge them following appointments
  • Develop treatment plans for each patient
  • Develop and maintain positive patient relationships and open communication tools
  • Perform assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans for patients suffering from mental health disorders

Psychiatrist Responsibilities:

  • Doctorate or Master’s degree in psychiatry or mental health counseling
  • 2+ years’ experience as a practicing psychiatrist or licensed mental health counselor
  • Knowledge of psychiatric disorders and treatment methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to mental healthcare
