  • -Provide required organizational support to management, staff, and vendors

  • -Establish and maintain procedures for office equipment, maintenance, and expenses
  • -Establish and maintain procedures for personnel policies, selection, training, and development

  • -Maintain office records, files, and documents
  • -Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • -Maintain general administrative functions
  • -Perform any other related duties as assigned

Support Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Support new business growth by meeting and exceeding customer expectations and continuously improving sales skills
  • Utilize outbound and inbound sales techniques to generate sales leads, identify and close sales opportunities, handle customer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Implement and maintain new processes and systems to improve and automate sales functions
  • Provide timely and accurate information to management, partners, and customers
  • Execute projects within budget and on schedule
  • Other duties assigned

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems, including PC and MAC platforms
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common computer issues
  • Knowledge of common software applications, including databases and spreadsheets
