Telecommunications Specialist Duties:

  • Serve as a liaison between sales, engineering, product management, and customers
  • Support sales, marketing, and product groups with new product or release information
  • Create, manage, and maintain product documentation, including product specifications, manuals, and marketing materials
  • Perform technical tasks required to develop, document, test, and deploy products
  • Assist in definition and documentation of product requirements

Telecommunications Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product demonstrations, including training, installation, and troubleshooting, and assist customers and clients by answering questions and resolving problems
