Job Brief:

We’re looking for a Clinician to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Clinician Duties:

  • Provide direct clinical care to assigned patients, administering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and implementing treatment plans as necessary
  • Effectively counsels patients with education and support to help resolve their health issues
  • Manages physician referrals, patient referrals, and scheduling, to ensure smooth flow of patients
  • Must communicate regularly with employers, schools, insurance companies, and other referral sources to discuss patient’s progress
  • Work closely with all departments, including clinical, administrative, social services, and administrative staff
  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with peers and other departments
  • Prepares and maintains accurate medical records
  • Completes all required paperwork
  • Communicates effectively with staff and patients

Clinician Responsibilities:

  • Implement and evaluate patient care programs
  • Write clinical and patient education materials
  • Develop patient treatment plans
  • Establish and maintain relationships with professional colleagues in the community
  • Improve clinic efficiency

Requirements And Skills:

  • Master’s degree in counseling or a related field
  • 3+ years experience in providing behavioral health care; specifically supervising, evaluating, and monitoring treatment plans
  • Knowledge of behavioral health care delivery including community resources, social services, and specialized services
  • Knowledge of community resources including social services
