The Housing Specialist will be responsible for conducting research, identifying resources, and developing and implementing housing programs. Housing Specialist Duties:

  • Ensure efficient day-to-day operation and management of assigned properties
  • Develop and implement operating procedures and programs to promote the highest level of quality, safety, and resident satisfaction

  • Enforce all health and safety regulations, including conducting nightly inspections
