We’re looking for a Housing Specialist to join our team and help us provide affordable housing options for our community. The Housing Specialist will be responsible for conducting research, identifying resources, and developing and implementing housing programs. Housing Specialist Duties:

  • Ensure efficient day-to-day operation and management of assigned properties
  • Develop and implement operating procedures and programs to promote the highest level of quality, safety, and resident satisfaction
  • Oversee property maintenance and appearance, such as pest control, landscaping, and security
  • Enforce all health and safety regulations, including conducting nightly inspections
