Job Brief:

We’re looking for an Inventory Coordinator who will be responsible for organizing and maintaining our inventory. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and be detail-oriented.

Inventory Coordinator Duties:

  • Review, compare, and update all company inventory records
  • Review all invoices and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy
  • Coordinate all scheduling and billing issues
  • Coordinate with vendors to set up billing and invoicing schedules
  • Maintain detailed records of all items and prices
  • Create and maintain inventory records and reports
  • Maintain all equipment and supplies
  • Assist in purchasing decisions

Inventory Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies of materials, parts, and consumables, and to assure their timely distribution
  • Track tools, machinery, and vehicles to ensure they are used correctly, stored safely, and in good repair
  • Create monthly inventory report and submit to project manager and purchasing department
  • Assist with ordering of building materials, equipment and supplies, and troubleshoot tools and equipment
  • Assist with procurement of goods and services, including maintenance contract and project pricing
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 3+ years’ demonstrated experience in inventory control
  • Strong knowledge of inventory methods and systems
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain inventory control systems, along with the ability to analyze inventory data and recommend necessary changes and improvements
