  • Collect, document, and submit all closing documents in a timely fashion
  • Meet with, advise, and offer guidance to customers in order to ensure their loan request is submitted accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Provide other customer service/advisory services to clients
  • Maintain a positive public image for the organization

Mortgage Loan Officer Responsibilities:
