We’re looking for a Commercial Loan Officer to join our team! As a Commercial Loan Officer, you will be responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of potential borrowers and providing them with loans that fit their needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing borrowers and providing them with financial advice. Commercial Loan Officer Duties:

  • Meet with prospective borrowers to determine their financing needs

  • Obtain and provide documentation to underwriters and other staff as required
  • Explain loan terms to borrowers
  • Meet with borrowers, contractors, and real estate agents as necessary
  • Work with other staff as necessary to support loan processing

Commercial Loan Officer Responsibilities:
