Job Brief:

We’re looking for a Commercial Real Estate Broker who is experienced in the field and who has a proven track record of success.

Commercial Real Estate Broker Duties:

  • Managing all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including property evaluation, cost analyses, negotiations, and closing
  • Evaluate properties for potential sale and purchase; develop marketing strategies; locate, evaluate, and negotiate leases; draft leases; appraise property
  • Formulate and implement strategies for client acquisition and growth
  • Assist clients in developing real estate strategies, analyzing problems, and advising on decisions
  • Market properties to potential buyers/investors
  • Prepare and review documents, including environmental reports, disclosure statements, leases, closing statements, and other related documents
  • Procure necessary financing
  • Prepare closing reports
  • Coordinate property inspections and prepare reports
  • Maintain professional relationships with architects, engineers, attorneys, accountants, title companies, mortgage bankers, and other real estate developers

Commercial Real Estate Broker Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify prospective commercial buyers and tenants, including researching and analyzing property details, meeting personally with key decision makers, and conducting site visits to assess potential
  • Introduce sales and leasing packages to prospects, including marketing materials and brochures, site plans, environmental studies, title work, and lease documents
  • Place and manage advertising, and advertise properties online and in print
  • Develop and implement marketing and branding campaigns that effectively target consumer and corporate clients, and initiate new advertising strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key commercial brokers, contractors, vendors, and law enforcement officials
  • Work closely with accounting, legal, and other staff on closings, rent collection, and legal matters
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as finance or business administration
  • Graduate of an accredited real estate school
  • 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate; 1+ years in brokerage
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
