Job Brief:

We’re looking for a Project Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on projects in a corporate environment and be able to work with a variety of stakeholders. If you are a self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Project Analyst Duties:

  • Develop detailed project renderings and cost estimates
  • Create and manage project schedules and budgets
  • Develop project execution strategies
  • Coordinate project activities with clients, engineers, and architects
  • Create and manage project teams
  • Promote and manage the development of the firm
  • Work closely with Sales staff to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain clear and concise communications with clients, architects, designers, and team members

Project Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers and engineers by compiling and analyzing data for projects, and identifying trends, opportunities, and solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals and estimates to clients, and work with clients to ensure requirements are understood
  • Research competing products and vendors, and compile product comparisons for internal use
  • Assist project managers in establishing project budgets and schedules, and monitor expenditures
  • Prepare project kickoff and site meetings, and oversee performance of subcontractors during project
  • Assist project managers in managing project risks

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, construction management, organization development, or related field
  • 5+ years’ proven experience analyzing and designing construction projects
  • Ability to develop detailed work plans and schedules
  • Ability to analyze all types of engineering drawings and specifications
  • Experience coordinating multiple
