We’re looking for a Digital Project Manager to lead and oversee digital projects from start to finish. You should have experience managing digital projects of all sizes, and be able to adapt to ever-changing project requirements. Digital Project Manager Duties:

  • Create and implement digital communication strategies for client projects
  • Design and build digital campaigns from concept to implementation
  • Manage client relationships
  • Manage all project stages from planning through execution and hand-off to Quality Assurance
  • Create, maintain, and update project plans, timelines, budgets, and schedules
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to clients and team members

Digital Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets for digital marketing campaigns, managing day-to-day project activities including managing vendors, team work, and communicating project status
  • Implement and maintain client-focused marketing strategies, including email, web, social media, and promotional content
  • Create and conduct performance analyses on marketing campaigns across channels
  • Develop creative strategies for clients, including creating graphics, video, and presentations
  • Build and maintain client relationships, through meetings, phone calls, and website updates
  • Prepare monthly reports and perform other administrative tasks

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, digital media, or a related field
  • 5+ years’ proven experience managing digital content projects
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Basecamp, Trello, Asana)
