We’re looking for a Social Media Analyst to join our team. As a Social Media Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing social media conversations, identifying opportunities and trends, and providing insights to our clients. Social Media Analyst Duties:

  • Monitor, track, and analyze social media trends, sentiment, postings, and engagement created by company consumers
  • Conduct research to identify industry trends and customer behavior patterns, then use those insights to formulate strategic communication plans
  • Research, write, and edit original content for social media platforms, including blogs, articles, and press releases
  • Conduct online research to identify prospective business partners and sponsors
  • Maintain up-to-date social media listening tools
  • Identify influencers, tracking follower counts, discussions, and trends
  • Monitor competitor activity

Social Media Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that company social media presence is consistent, informative, and engaging on all platforms
  • Update company website with new information, including blog posts, white papers, articles, and press releases
  • Monitor and report on metrics including likes, shares, comments, and followers, and share results with company leadership
  • Assist with company event marketing including invitations, RSVPs, event recaps, and incentive promotions
  • Share new content with company stakeholders, including employees and customers, through company newsletters and social media channels
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years’ social media marketing experience.
  • Experience in social media advertising.
  • Experience in Google Analytics.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
