We’re looking for Test Analyst to join our team and help us test our software products. As a Test Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, as well as analyzing and reporting on test results. Test Analyst Duties:

  • Oversee test accuracy and quality
  • Evaluate and recommend software testing methods
  • Develop software test plans, test scripts, and test reports

  • Ensure that test completed within time and budget constraints

Test Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for performance and capacity improvements, and collaborate with and support other IT team members, customers, and vendors to improve operational standards
  • Coordinate testing efforts with the rest of the team, including testing software, test plans and test cases, test scripts, and test execution
  • Build and maintain automated test tools and frameworks
  • Track and improve test automation
  • Develop and execute test plan, including test strategy, test cases, and test execution monitoring
  • Provide status reports and recommendations regarding testing needs, scope, design, test processes, and test tools
  • Perform regression testing to ensure that new functionality and fixes work as intended
  • Track and report test results to management
  • Work with development teams to integrate and improve test processes

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, or related field
  • 2+ years proven experience performing QA/QC testing
  • Experience developing test plans, test cases, and test procedures
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to formulate logical reasoning
  • Excellent verbal and written
