Job Brief:

We’re looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to work in our hospital. The Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to our patients. The Clinical Pharmacist will work closely with the medical staff to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

Clinical Pharmacist Duties:

  • Performs a variety of tasks related to pharmaceutical patient care and pharmacy practice management.
  • Performs pharmaceutical care, such as medication review, medication counseling, and medication management.
  • Performs pharmacy practice management duties, such as managing pharmacy records, performing pharmacy audits, and organizing pharmacy inventory.
  • Reads, analyzes, and interprets medical, pharmaceutical, and technical literature.
  • Supports the pharmacy staff in the operation of the pharmacy.

Clinical Pharmacist Responsibilities:

  • PharmD Degree
  • 1+ year experience as a Clinical Pharmacist
  • Knowledge of common medications and their effects
  • Knowledge of clinical pharmacy and pharmacokinetics
  • Knowledge of drug administration and safety
  • Knowledge of drug information databases and computerized drug information management systems

  • Prescribe, dispense, and manage medications as directed, including follow-up care, for patients of all ages
