Corporate Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain client relationships, assign transaction work, develop and maintain client relationships, write and review contracts, and coordinate litigation support

Requirements And Skills:

  • 2+ years’ proven experience in a procurement or legal affairs position
  • Strong familiarity with federal and state laws
  • Knowledge of procurement processes with particular emphasis on federal contracting regulations
