Field Sales Representative Duties:

  • Negotiate with and service clients directly
  • Solicit new accounts
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, or annual sales quotas
  • Oversee and motivate sales employees
  • Educate clients on company products and services
  • Oversee and analyze operating and financial data
  • Work with clients on developing new procedures and processes

Field Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Meet with prospective clients at their homes or businesses to understand their project objectives and budgets
  • Provide detailed cost estimates and project budgets to prospective clients
  • Locate and secure suitable properties on which to build
  • Research potential subcontractor partners
  • Meet with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to facilitate project and tasks
  • Identify potential business leads
  • Partner with area managers to provide sales and business support
  • Identify new business leads
  • Attend regularly scheduled training and meetings

  • 1+ years’ proven experience in direct sales or sales management
