- Assist attorneys with research, drafting, and execution of legal contracts and agreements
- Assist in evaluating complex legal disputes with great sensitivity to both business and legal issues
- Assist with marketing and business development efforts
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Draft and review contracts for design, construction, and ownership of industrial, commercial, and residential development projects
- Assist in the negotiation of real estate agreements
- Assist in the drafting, review, and negotiation of agreements for construction and operating agreements
- Draft and review technical agreements
- Draft and review documents for government or project-related permits
- Assist in the review and negotiation of agreements for outsourced forensic investigations, including computer forensics, e-discovery, anti-corruption, and cybersecurity
- Assist in negotiating the acquisition of real estate
Requirements And Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Interested in finding and solving complex problems
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure without succumbing to stress
