Job Brief

We’re looking for a Veterinary Assistant to help us take care of our animal patients. You will be responsible for assisting the veterinarians in providing medical care to our patients, as well as cleaning and maintaining the animal hospital. Veterinary Assistant Duties

  • Assist veterinarian in routine medical procedures, bathing, grooming, and feeding animals
  • Ensure that animals are comfortable and properly cared for at all times
  • Perform routine medical procedures
  • Assist with bathing, grooming, and feeding animals
  • Perform routine household chores
  • Encourage animals to follow veterinary directions
  • Assist with administering medications and vaccines
